Lazy 8 Ranch Gluten Free Specialty Pancakes to the rescue! Other Gluten Free pancakes taste GF. Using our own blend of naturally delicious gluten free ingredients, we have created a light, fluffy pancake. Using dozens of our classmates as testers, they were unable to differentiate between our delicious Gluten Free Triple Chocolate Chip Pancake and the one that wasn’t Gluten Free. They are that good.

We are thrilled to welcome Fairway Market to the retail chains which carry our products. Lazy 8 Ranch mixes are available in all Fairway Market Stores in New Jersey, New York, and at its newest store in Connecticut.

Our mixes are also available at Sarah’s Texas Pantry in Hutto, TX (just north of Austin), Patina Green in McKinney, TX (just outside Dallas), and Cherry on Top gifts in Weslaco, TX (smack dab between McAllen and Harlingen, TX).
